Is there a courtesy vehicle in the event of an accident?

Yes – with comprehensive cover only, providing the vehicle is repairable (not written off), and the claim is arranged through the insurance company's approved repairer. The provision of a courtesy vehicle will be subject to availability and may be restricted to a 'category A' vehicle.

Does the price of my van insurance include legal expenses cover?

No. Legal expenses cover is an optional extra, and full details are provided with your online quotation.

You can add legal expenses cover to your policy for £34.95 a year. It offers up to £100,000 in legal costs for pursuing losses that aren't insured under your van insurance policy.

If an accident happens that isn't your fault, you'll want to claim back your excess and other costs, for example vehicle hire, from the negligent driver. Most importantly, the recovery of these costs will maintain your no-claims bonus.
